Graham totally made our night ! His amazing customer service and overall great attitude set us up for having the best night a totally memorable staff member which is so great to receive in hospitality especially on a such a busy night we always felt attended too and looked after , the food was absolutely amazing and we loved the cocktails !

Unfortunately not a great dining experience. I can’t fault the staff whose service was excellent but the central heating wasn’t working and my wife found a large black hair in her desert. We were discounted for this but it has really put both of us off ever going again. Something you need to take up with your supplier. Not a good look.

First time at Miller &Carter after family and friends recommended.
To be honest, disappointed.
The starter, nachos, were not very palatable, guacamole was watery and we only ate a few.
Not to be discouraged, we ordered the Chateaubriand, and wanted it well done
..(I know people will criticise) but we waited quite a long time (1 hour and 15mins) and when it came it was still med rare!!! We sent it back and 10mins later it came back and was OK...but the chips were cold .
Table service was Brilliant 👏, and the manager gave us dessert for nothing.. which was appreciated.
Won't be rushing back, sorry...

Seats, floor, toilets all filthy. Boiler broken so no heat but no warning when booking or by email. We asked to move somewhere warmer in restaurant and was told by the seating lady there wasn’t anywhere. Pointed out filthy seat beside us to her but nothing done about it until more guests tried to sit down. Management poor. Waiter Tom I think his name was, was very helpful. Steaks AMAZING! Creme brûlée disappointing.

delicious. steak was heavenly, service was lovely, and the overall vibe is just the icing on the cake. Or the beef dripping on the steak if you know what I mean! would recommend.

We had a fab time here and our server Diane was so pleasant and helpful with us! She also is very funny and is very attentive! Makes the experience in the restaurant feel a lot more at ease. Food was also fab and Diane even helped alter my foods due to dietary requirements and she wasn’t pushy either she was extremely patient! Lovely lady! Makes us want to go back! X

Great food but with no heating and having to eat your dinner with your jacket on was not ideal also no hot water and hand drying facilities blowing freezing cold air this experience was not great I’m afraid.

FOOD: We went here on a Sunday and had the Sunday sharing platter. Only one word to describe it... MAGNIFICENT!... Great steak, delicious lamb and tasty chicken. The sides were great too, and the beef dripping gravy was amazing.
SERVICE: our server was cheery and knowledgeable. No issues.
DECOR: Pleasant surroundings. Toilets were clean.
X-FACTOR: This particular restaurant had a big car park and is easy to get to, giving it an advantage over the one in the city centre.
VFM: Although the Sunday sharing platter seems quite expensive, when you taste it, I think it is well worth the money.
Thoroughly recommended.
